Using Charlie

Charlie provides decision support for professional relationships. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the information you provide and for decisions you make using the service.

Decision support, not professional advice

Charlie's recommendations are generated from the context available and may be incomplete or incorrect. Charlie does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Review every recommendation and message before acting or sending it.

Connected accounts

You may authorize read only access to supported email and calendar accounts. You must have the right to access and use any information you connect. You may disconnect an account at any time.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage payment methods, changes, and cancellations through the customer portal. Plan changes and cancellations take effect according to the terms displayed when you make the change.

Acceptable use

Do not use Charlie to violate privacy, harass or deceive others, make unlawful decisions, upload content you do not have permission to use, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You grant Charlie the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service to you.

Availability

We work to keep Charlie reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Features may be updated or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Charlie is provided without guarantees of a particular outcome. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on generated recommendations or messages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
