What Charlie collects

Charlie collects the account information you use to sign in, the professional relationship context you choose to provide, your saved analyses and feedback, and basic service and billing records needed to operate your account.

Email and calendar connections

If you connect Google or Microsoft, Charlie requests read only access to the email and calendar information you choose to use. Charlie uses that information only to help you understand a professional relationship and prepare an analysis. Charlie does not send email, modify messages, create calendar events, or contact anyone on your behalf.

Google user data is used only to provide Charlie's user facing relationship analysis features. Charlie does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or permit humans to read it except when required for security, legal compliance, or support that you explicitly request.

How information is used

We use your information to provide analyses, maintain relationship history, improve product quality, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Sharing and service providers

Charlie does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by trusted providers that support authentication, artificial intelligence, payments, hosting, and security. They receive only the information needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.

Retention and control

You can delete individual analyses and relationships inside Charlie. You can disconnect Google or Microsoft at any time. To request account deletion or removal of remaining account data, contact us at the address below.

Security

Charlie uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connection tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to connect email or calendar services and can continue using Charlie by entering context yourself. You may revoke Google or Microsoft access through your provider account settings.

Updates

We may update this policy as Charlie evolves. The effective date above will change when material updates are made.
